BlueYellow extended its unique Fantastar platform and teamed up with Hockey New Zealand to launch the inaugural NHL Fantasy Hockey Game for the National Hockey League (NHL). The game was a huge success, drawing well over 1,000 fantasy teams to create a massive buzz around the NHL tournament. Brent Edwards, Hockey New Zealand's Marketing and Sponsorship manager, said: "In Fantastar we have found an ideal partner for delivering a great game to our hockey community."

BlueYellow's Fantastar, the home of grass roots fantasy sport, stepped up its widespread appeal by launching the world's first fantasy game for the forthcoming Summer Games. Dwain Chambers won't be in Beijing but you can be there in spirit by selecting a fantasy team and cheering your athletes to podium glory.

BlueYellow founder Rob Tong joined a team of 7 friends on 11th July to climb the highest mountains of Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours. After some gruelling trekking the team clocked in on 23hrs 23mins and raised £5,000 for the RNLI. Rob now needs a new pair of knees.
